Welcome to MyFab11. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
MyFab11 is strictly a Free-to-Play (F2P) Fantasy Sports & Prediction service and discussion platform. It is designed for entertainment and educational purposes only.
No real money is required to participate in contests, and the Platform does not offer "gambling" or "betting" services. Any "Coins," "Points," or "Clout" used on the Platform are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to other users.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate in contests where physical prizes (gadgets, merchandise) are awarded.
While the Platform is accessible globally, residents of certain Indian states (Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Sikkim) may be restricted from participating in contests due to local state laws regarding "games of skill." MyFab11 reserves the right to restrict access based on IP address or geolocation.
Since MyFab11 includes community features (Discussion Threads, Comments), you agree to strictly adhere to the following guidelines. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent banning.
You agree NOT to post, upload, or share content that:
MyFab11 provides tools for users to Report objectionable content and Block abusive users. We review reported content within 24 hours and take appropriate action.
MyFab11 acts as an "Intermediary" under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not endorse user-generated opinions. You bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including reliance on the accuracy of such content (e.g., pitch reports or player availability).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Users are allowed only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, discussion upvotes, or contest entries is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts.
Winners are determined based on the accuracy of their predictions and knowledge of sports (Game of Skill). Winners are NOT selected by chance or lottery.
If you win a physical prize (e.g., Mobile Phone, Watch), MyFab11 will contact you for shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes (e.g., Gift Tax) on prizes received, as per the laws of India.
All content, design, graphics, and code on the Platform (excluding User Content) are the property of MyFab11.
By posting comments or strategies in the Community section, you grant MyFab11 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform (e.g., showcasing "Top Comments" on our homepage).
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Discussions and strategies posted by other users or "Experts" regarding player performance are for entertainment only. MyFab11 is not responsible for any decisions you make based on this information.
MyFab11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is detrimental to our business interests.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
