3. User Generated Content & Moderation

MyFab11 is an "Intermediary" under the IT Act.

• Your Responsibility: You own the content you post, but you grant MyFab11 a license to display, distribute, and remove it.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to monitor, filter, block, or remove any content that violates our Community Guidelines (e.g., hate speech, gambling promotion, spam links).
• Reporting: We collect data on reported content to take action against repeat offenders.

MyFab11 is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
